About me
I am a seasoned design leader working at the intersection of system thinking and experience design. I have been a visionary designer, practical builder, academic, author, co-founder, and director. I transitioned from system design to hardware design and software product design. Whether physical or digital design, the human experience lies at the heart of every work I do.
Works
I've been privileged to have worked on projects for some of the globe's most esteemed brands and Fortune 100 in the US, while also launching some of my unique concepts into the marketplace. I also worked in startups, building a company from idea to product to market introduction.
As Director of Human Experience Innovation (HXI) Studio at Indigo Slate, a Zensar Company, I was Director of Americas for Experience and Product and led a talented team of senior strategists and product designers while collaborating with the BizTech, Creative, Motion, and Studios, as well as working with engineers from Zensar.
