Long-Term Future Vision for Spectrum 5.0
Indigo Slate supported and led the digital transformation efforts of the Spectrum system. We did it through my team, Human Experience Innovation (HXI) Studio.
Project scope & Cross functional leadership
As the Director of Experience of HXI, I led a team of Senior Strategist and worked and UX Designers and worked with our Business Consulting teams in planning, research, and execution of the project as well as meeting with the client to ensure that a meaningful transition from Spectrum 4.0 to 5.0 is achieved. My meetings included with my own team at the HXI, and with Consulting Team, and client facing meetings.
